JState will be closed tomorrow, July 19th. Instead of a workout in the heat, we will be improving our lateral mobility, speed, quickness, and hand eye coordination at our sponge dodgeball tournament at Anderson River Park at the Pavilion (look for the signs). Everyone is welcome to join, just make sure you bring some food and your A game!!!

Can't make it to any of the Mobility sessions? We understand. Life is busy, and because of that, we will be bringing the mobility sessions to a class near you. This will it will be at the 6PM class. Even if you are not staying for the class, come for the shoulder love.
2014 Fairbanks Fitness Derby Event 4: Double Unders-- MAX REPS *Athletes will be given one attempt to link together as many consecutive Double Unders as Possible. *If you do not complete more than 5 it will be considered a scratch.
